The 'Skagen' champagne range celebrates a fellowship of famous impressionist painters, who produced some of Denmark's finest artworks during the late 1800s. A flavour mix of yellow fruits and white flowers, apples, and lemon peel. The acidity is direct but balanced and nicely interwoven in the light structure of the champagne. This Skagen cuvée is ideal as an aperitif, and can also be carried to the table to complement light elegant dishes. The delicate flavours and bright acidity of this champagne, lend themselves to dishes with the same qualities, like delicate white fish ceviche with its fragrant citrus and herb aromas.
